- Youth-led project planning and implementation – 40%: Lead ward-level and city-wide work planning; coordinate youth action groups and the localised youth hub; support capacity-building activities; quality-check youth-led climate vulnerability assessments, green livelihood initiatives and artistic activism; and track delivery against the project plan, budget and timeline.
- Advocacy, campaigns and stakeholder coordination – 25%: Facilitate youth-led campaigns, dialogue forums, public hearings and consultations; build working relationships with KCC, KDA, Ward Councillors and CSOs; and coordinate communication between ActionAid, the LPO and YLO partners.
- Reporting, monitoring and risk management – 15%: Consolidate field reports and donor-reporting inputs, document change stories and learning, monitor outcome indicators, identify implementation risks and support mitigation measures, monitoring visits and audits.
- Capacity building and team supervision – 20%: Mentor partner staff and youth groups, support onboarding and training, and directly supervise two Project Officers and one Finance Officer based in the Khulna project office.
