Manager Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for developing, managing and executing internal and external administrative support processes for the organization.

• Plan, schedule and organize executive’s domestic and international travel, appointments, calendar and schedule business meetings.

• Prepare and like start to end on behalf of executor assigned presentations, sales proposals, proposals, analyses, recounts and reports.

• Respond to ad-hoc requests and support to Executive level employees

• Process/file all internal documents, Dossiers.

• Attend to daytime serving food for all Executor and Boss for lunch and Dinner. Distribute information and reports to employees, clients, and others.

• Express messages from the company on behalf of all employees.

• Perform office duties during the Executive / Management’s absences.

• Answer telephones and give information to callers.

Manager Educational Requirements

Master of Commerce (MCom) in Finance & Banking,Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Skills Required: MS Excel,SAP

Additional Requirements

Age 30 to 45 years
